Denver Gay and Lesbian chamber honor business leaders

The Denver Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce held its 15th Annual Business Awards Dinner at the University of Denver Nov. 10. The DGLCC strives to promote, empower and leverage the GLBT business community. The annual business awards dinner, emceed by Fox 31’s Chris Parente, honored gay and ally business owners and professionals. This year’s recipients included:
- Robin Schoh, Waxing the City, Entrepreneurial Woman of the Year
- Brian Belt, At the Beach, Entrepreneurial Man of the Year
- CH2M Hill, Corporate Community Ally
- Project Angel Heart, Nonprofit of the Year
- Christiano Sosa, Denver Foundation, Professional Man of the Year
- Marilyn Manning, Manning Business Solutions, Professional Woman of the Year
- Mitch Morrissey, Denver District Attorney, Community Ally of the Year
- Ed Robinson, former DGLCC President, Chamber Service Award
